Report on the visit of the Turkish delegation to the Martyrs Establishment

Turk delegation visited the province of Basra, according to convention concluded in advance with the Establishment of Martyrs and the delegation is headed by Professor Aidan Albiatli jurisdiction of eye surgery and the delegation also consists of a number of doctors professor degree in eye surgery, heart and accompanying the delegation representing the Establishment a member of care Council, Dr. Faisal.. where he was greeted at the airport Basra International Directorate has formulated its martyrs Basra, which provides media coverage of the cadre delegation comprising of Mr. Ahmed EL Abbadi supervisor and Mr. Ali al-Khafaji, axes and a translator, director and photographer Mr. Maytham al. Kanani, video grapher and Mr. Mushtaq EL Silmi photographer.. Also included the Health Committee, Mr. Ahmed Kadhim Hassan, head of the reception committee the delegation, Deputy Director, Directorate and Mr. Muhannad Yousif to follow up the needs of health examinations.

According to the Convention, the delegation Turkish medical examination and diagnosis of patients with the martyrs, and the conduct of those who can be treated inside Iraq, but conditions which can not be treated in Iraq renumbering to Turkey to receive treatment there.
On the first day. Patients were examined with the martyrs and by priority introduced Maysan and Dhi Qar, Basra province so mindful of the long distance and the inability of the majority of patients to sleep, delegation examined the patients and it was decided that the conduct of the number of patients the eyes of eleven patients, and on heart patients, it was decided to send two to Turkey not to the possibility of conducting their operations in Iraq and the rest of the patients it was decided to conduct their operations on the same day, totaling more than two and a situation that was just (diagnostic catheterization) initiated, conducted for Iraqi doctors to patients and doctors under the supervision of the Turks ...
At second day... The medical delegation met the general manager of Basra health Dr. Riath Abdul Ameer, Dr. Abdul Razaq Al-Jezani the manager Al-Sadre hospital and a number of doctors in the hospital with presence of Dr. Faisal Abdul Imma to the results of checking and to the opinion of Turkish delegation on Iraqi doctor's level, then they went to operations hall, the Turkish delegation expressed their admiration in Iraqi Doctors and their aim to serve wronged people.
At third day… the president of Establishment Dr. Khalaf Abdul Samad met the delegation in their residence place and invited some of Iraqi Doctors headed by the general manager of health in Basra, during the meeting was discussed the important maladies that were inspected by Turkish Doctors, and the possibility of sending Iraqi Doctors to get training in Turkish hospitals for three months, the Turkish delegation welcomed that, also the delegation invited the Establishment to the second world conference which will be held in Turky and including large number of Doctors outside Iraq, and Iraqi scientific efficient, I order to let the Establishment says its word in conference to inform the world on its experience in the care of martyrs families, whereas the coming of delegation was not only to treat patients, but it was carrying more than one title, like opening new scientific horizons and exchange experiences between the two countries, also it is carrying invitation to all Doctors outside Iraq to return back to their country after this visit has reflected security stability in Iraq.
