The crimes of the former regime

Introduction
In the history tyrants … and killers but not like (sadaam) the dictator of this time. This person known by bloodshed, killing and injustice. So we did not read about a ruler exaggerated by killing his people, destruction his army, his country economy and even his intimates and family then he destroyed himself because he deserve this destruction and this is the fate of all the tyrants and because he was a tyrant from special kind.
So we will mention examples from the wrong of this stupid tyrant who won the surname of (tyrant, unjust, dictatorship age and innocent's killer).
1. Killed and execution innocents people from several religions spite on characters from AlBasra city and its notables like the religious character Abdul Hussein Cheetah so alBaath regime stained the repute of this man in 1969 and accused him in spying for foreign states and joined him to the list of the Judaism and Christian characters and executed them in plazas of Basra and Baghdad city, his aim was to terror and subdual people at the time which their regime in the first year.
2. Execution group of people from alNajaaf in 1977 by fabricate accusations against innocent persons from this Holy city their offence that they didn't want to go on in the perverted way from alBaath infidel followers … yes, those people were love their country and people on their way which was free from treason and deflection and this not acceptable for alBaath party which incorporated the injustice , deflection and human destruction , so alBaath regime fabricated accusations for those people of this city and making a false court which pronounced arbitrary unjust decisions of what incited two from the court members on refuse the signature on the decisions of what incited the regime to punish and deposition those tow members and execute its arbitrary decisions which lead to execution many of this city sons .
3. Decision of dislodgment of al-Kurd Al-faaileen :- this group represent big group from Iraqi people and from the groups which the regime assailed it in unjust and hard way by spoilt their ID card , consider them not Iraqian , confiscated their money , execution their young , separated between father and son and then pronounced decisions to dislodge them outside of Iraq and this make them rend, so the one family scattered to many parts in several countries surround them the privation , poverty and loss country and lovers .
4. Decision of execution everyone who belong to Al-dawa Islamic party in a precedent didn't happen in any other country AlBaath regime pronounced a decision in 1980 judge by execution everybody who belong to Al-dawa Islamic party even though he did not commit any sin or offense but as soon as doubts by his belong to this party and this decision contributed in execution thousands from who belong or doubt in their belong to this party.
5. Execution the martyr Muhammad Baqer Al-saadir :- the martyr Muhammad Baqer Al-saadir consider one of the most important scientists and philosophers at this time and for his refuse to indulgence with Al-Baath party and not submission to its opinions. This party accused this great scientist by mutiny and treason and begins make accusation after one. Then pronounced its decision in execution this great philosopher and also executed his sister (Bent Al-Huda) at 1980.
6. Al-Dujail: - at 1982 the tyrant Saddam fabricated accident in a small city in the middle of Iraq. Its people depended in their living on what produce from orchards , so this unjust governor wanted to confuse their life and fabricated accident of shooting when he visit it and make this accident as pretext to revenge from Al-dujail's people so he destroyed all the city and its people go between killing, imprisonment and displaced.
Women, men and children were move away to a desert lack to all the elements of life. But youth and men their fate was execution or lifelong prison.
7. Al- Barazaneen genocide: - they are Iraqian (Kurd) lived north of Iraq were like other Iraqi people claims by their rights as other Iraqi sons, but this tyrant governor denied their right by torture them severely. Firstly he killed their personages then, commons people. At the beginning of 1980 he killed them and displaces them from their cities, imprisoned and kidnapped thousands of them. It was one of the hard crimes against humanity at this age.
8. Assassination of religious characters: - Saddam was fear from the intellectuals, scientists and educated so he exaggerated by kill them. He assassinated the scientists of shia especially the scientists of Al-najaf Al-ashraf so he killed the personages like ( Al-ghrawi , Muhammad Baqir Al-saadir , Muhammad Sadiq Al-saadir, Al-brojardi and others ) so he want to vacate this city from its scientists .
9. Al-shaabania uprising :- one of the famous challenge situations that our brave people do it when they confronted to the adventures of the mad tyrant Saddam when he inter to Al- Kuwait lands and invaded it and after the peace keeping forces dismissed him and after he exposed our people to a terrible catastrophe crushed the Iraqi army in strange way so when our people see this destruction Flounced to overthrow this unjust regime who undervalued by dignity of those people so all Iraq sons in south ,middle and north of Iraq participate in this uprising and dominated on cities and men of regime escaped but the scale was not balanced because of the regime weapon was strong and the uprising weapon was simple and not equal so this make the rebels retreated against the attacks and weapons of regime and annihilated them they arrested them and executed thousands hundreds from youth , old men , women and even children .It was a real catastrophe practiced on our patients people . This accident proved to all the world size of sacrifice that which those people presented to refuse unjust and overthrow tyranny.
10. Merchant's execution: - In important accident in 1994 which the history of any country didn't witness it and any law did not dictate to in. The former regime of saddam gathered a group of famous' merchants of Baghdad and important people in economics of country and accused them by (cheat in prices and monopoly of foods ) and it’s unreal accusation and without trial in front of people in public places , they bring those respected people and bind their bodies to a building columns then they executed them in barbarian way .The world didn’t witness like it …
This is one from terrorism pictures that the bloody regime pursued it and leave an accident not forget to those people who perished by the adventures and the behaviors of the bloody Baath regime and its one from the tragic accidents that the tyrants pursued it on this country.
11. Halabcha
Kurdish town of Iraq located in the north-east and away from the Iranian limits , 8 - 10 miles and is located northeast of Baghdad, and away from 150 miles away. In March 1988 Ali Hassan Al-Majeed shelling this city by chemical weapons. Halabcha the city of pain which is the memory of Iraqi human will not forget on the length of time, The city of martyrs who bring to the martyrdom way in mass way, when the planes came and carry death and fear, which was sent by the unjust Baath party to shell the security town and rain the deadly poison on them, so many thousands of children, women, youth and men killed because this is the gift of the criminal Devil for them, then he celebrated in his victory. This day was a sad black day , the sadness and the pain extended from north of Iraq to its south , so by this way Al-Baath regime was kill the Iraqi people in mass way .
12. Friday's events
A bloody black day considered the worse day in the life of the poor city (Al-Saadir city) when those people surprised when they were gathered to go to Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf city to bury the great religious man Muhammad Muhammad Al-Saadir who assassinated by the former regime men with his two sons at 1999 . The regime blockaded and shoots them so this make many unarmed people fall martyrs and injured, some sources mentioned that the number of martyrs was more than (160) martyr and hundreds of injured in less than an hour the regime men go on by pursuit the people of the town in their houses of what increased the number of martyrs and injured, also the hundreds' arresters. It’s a bloody day and it was a real catastrophe .
