Exemption the martyrs' families from the condition of the Birthplace

The ministry of municipalities and general works generalized letter for the municipalities' directorates in the provinces for exempt the martyrs' families from the condition of the Birthplace, and here is the text of the letter.
After the first amendment for the establishment of martyrs law number(3) for 2006 and publication it in ( Al-Wakaia Al-Iraqia newspaper ) in the number of (4141) at 11/1/2010 , which is included exemption the martyrs families from the condition of the birthplace ( on the condition of take in to the consideration the places of their dwellings ) before the date of the invalidation of the establishment law number (3) for 2006 and also this decision does not execute in retroactive effect for those who had lands and registered it .
