Media and culture department holds workshop in (The art of elocution and improvisation)

Under the auspices of the member of care council, the supervisor on media and culture department Mr. Ayoop Kassim; Media and culture department / cultural branch held a workshop about (The art of elocution and improvisation) for the employees and directors of cultural and media branches in the abode of the establishment .The lecture delivered by Dr. Jabbar Khamat during two days. The participants were interacting with the lecturer in clear way. Finally a test for the participants was made in a practical and theoretical way.
