His Excellency the president of the establishment Dr.Khalaf Abdul Samad visited Babel province and met its governor Mr. Salman Al-Zurgani with other managers in the province and other members of province council. During the meeting they discussed many subjects pertains the martyrs' families. Dr.Khalaf Abdul-Samad presented an explanation about the establishment's achievements, and what it reached to after three years from its starting. He demonstrated that the provinces have an important role in carrying out the establishment's law; urging the province managers to take their role in service the martyrs' families through the work on providing plots of lands to build housing complexes for them. On his part the governor expressed on his full and continual cooperation with the establishment, and promised in providing the wanted lands as soon as possible, also His Excellency the president of the establishment see the prepared designs for the cemetery of (The martyrs paradise) in Babel province which include the corpses of the blessed Shabania uprising with an area of (5 sq .m.), and it includes museum, gardens, and a monument represents the sacrifices of the martyrs of Iraq. Then the president of the establishment met the martyrs' families and talked about the more important achievements of the establishment signed to obtaining on the approvals to paying the substitute of cash (substitute on the housing complex) in amount of 82 million dinar give in to the martyrs families to buy a house, and that the pension of the martyrs' families will be triple the present pension according to the last amendment for the establishment's law , His Excellency answered the questions , explanations, and requests of martyrs families , and promised of presenting all the care and support . Then his Excellency distributed the establishment's grant for the newly married of the martyrs' families on the hall of martyr Taha Baqir in the presence of the governor with a group from the martyrs ' families, and the members of province council, showing his continuity in care the martyrs' families. So he congratulated the newly married, distributed the grants on martyrs ' families in Babel province, and emphasized on the continual establishment's support for them. In the end His Excellency held a press conference explained the establishment's achievements and what achieved from his visit to the province mentioned that the visit effects were positive, through the great cooperation for the managers in the province.
