President of the establishment meet Karbala governor and emphasized on the cultural side

Within his visits to the establishment directorates his Excellency the president of the establishment Dr. Khalaf Abdul Al-Samad visited the governor of the Holy Karbala city. He began his roving by visit Karbala University and met the deans of Agriculture College, Veterinary Medicine College, and Islamic Sciences College with other university masters and mentioned to the cultural stage that the establishment works on it now which is documents the martyrs' pictures and their brave heritage. Then he talked about the stages of the establishment's establishing and its great achievements, and he presented a simple explanation about the inhuman actions which was exercised by the Baath and its men against the Iraqi students and arrest them from the campus of university, so that there was a special rooms for the security forces to make interrogations. Also he mentioned to the privation many of the martyrs families from studying in the time of the former regime and urged them on completing the study and send the martyrs' families outside and inside of Iraq, the substituted of the plots of lands , admission in the evening studies , and work on glorification martyrdom and martyrs and that the cultural stage needs to an exceptional work to erasure the Baath culture and returning the martyrs heritage. Then he visited the council of Karbala province and met the president of the council Mr. Muhammad Al-Musawi with number of the council members and discussed many common subjects pertain by the martyrs families, so that Vice-president of council Mr. Nsaif Jassim praised the great role for Dr. Khalaf Abdul Al-Samad in developing the establishment's work . On his part president of the establishment thanked the real efforts to all the local governments which supports the establishment. Then member of martyrs committee in the council of province Bushraa Aashor mentioned to the subject of the plots of lands so the president of the establishment explained the way of the establishment's work about the housing complexes which is build by the ministry of housing and construction for the martyrs families and mentioned to the substitute of the housing complexes and show his happiness because Karbala province is the first one which will distribute (132) flat for the martyrs families within the housing complexes in its last complex ( Al-Haidaria 1 ) . Then his Excellency met the secretary-general of the threshold of the Holy Husseinian shrine sheik Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalai , and they discussed many subjects pertains the martyrs families like housing complexes, studies , social and healthy side ,and pension . Also his Excellency explained the great achievements of the establishment in all levels. In the second day he visited Karbala martyrs directorates and met its director and employees and see their work there and show many notes which aim at service the martyrs' families, and met martyrs' families and listen to them . Then he met many martyrs' sons from universities' students, and emphasized on the principles of the martyr and they should follow these principles to complete their way for building the new Iraq also he mentioned to the ability of the martyrs' sons in all levels to fight the Baath and its ideas to take the martyrs ' sons their leading role in building of Iraq also he emphasized on that the Iraqi sons should be an example in all levels , and he talked about the scientific side and the establishment achievements in this field like missions and postgraduate studies . Then His Excellency met the governor of Karbala province Mr. Aamal Al-Aldeen Al-Hur, and they talked about building the housing complexes and agreed on making a committee from the economic directorate to register plots and building houses in the province. Then he met His Eminence Mr. Ahmad Al-Saafi so His Excellency apprised Mr. Ahmad by the stages of establishing the establishment and its law and achievements also he mentioned to the branch of (martyrs heritage) which includes the acquisitions of martyr, his will, his writings , and documented his brave biography . Then His Excellency met the general director of Karbala educational directorate Mr. Abdul-Hameed Al-Safar, and they discussed activation of the cultural side and the grant of winter and summer clothing, on his part the general director welcomed by the president of establishment and praised the establishment achievements in all levels.
