President of establishment opens the third scout camp in Kurdistan region in Iraq

His Excellency the president of the establishment Dr. Khalaf Abdul-Samad Khalaf and in the presence of the minister of martyrs' affairs Dr. Majeed Hamd Allah opened the third scout camp for sons and martyrs' families. During a celebration was held on the hall of Media in Arbeel province. The celebration began by reading verses from the Holy Koran and the Republican anthem in two languages Arabic and Kurdish. Then the member of care council and president of preparation committee for the camp Mr. Ayoob Kassim greeted the attendance and talked about the previous camps of the establishment, its aims, briefed a number of the establishment's achievements, and what it presented for the martyrs families.
Then the president of the establishment addressed a speech by the occasion and thanked the supervisors in the region and especially the ministry of martyrs' affairs on the great cooperation because all of them have the same case. His Excellency urged the participants' students on continuity in their scientific way because they are the leaders of the new Iraq. He referred to a number of the establishment's achievements in all fields scientific, healthy, and social like the pension of the martyrs ' families , plots of land , the substitute of housing complexes, and also he explained the law of establishment . Then the minister of martyrs' affairs greeted the supervisors of establishment and the students of camp, and He referred to the common connection between the establishment and the ministry.
Then the attendance listened to a piece of music by title of (Night and Dark). After that the representative of civil society organizations, which is specialize by the martyrs' affairs in the region talked about the suffering of the martyrs' families at the time of the former regime . Also a play by the title of (Iraq for everybody) had showed and acting by a number of students of the scouts camps in the region. A documental film was showed by the title of (Mass graves by the size of country) production of media and culture department of the establishment, also another one showed by the name (Martyrs of Kurdistan) production of ministry of martyrs' affairs.
As an honoring for the martyrs families in the region the president of the establishment honored a number of martyrs' families of Kurdistan. The attendance roved in an exhibition includes pictures of martyrs of Kurdistan and Halabja. A number of establishment's publications were distributed in the exhibition. Finally the president delivered the establishment's armor for the minister of martyrs' affairs.
