President of the Establishment receives the previous Minister of Displacement and Migration

the President of the Establishment Khalaf Abdul Samad Received Her Mastery the previous Minister of Displacement and Migration Mrs. Paskal Warda in his private office in Baghdad on 26.8.2008.
Mrs. Paskal referred that she is a former minister, and now heading Hammurabi Organization, an organization concerned with human rights, we must support you as an Establishment and activate your law, it is true there are ideas to support the families of the martyrs, but the Implementation can not be reached, we need to press more and more whether if we are government Establishments or non-governmental and want to cooperate so that we can highlight injustice of this considerable segment of society, we must put to the families of the martyrs long-term strategies.
For his part, Mr. Khalaf Abdul Samad, the president of Establishment explained martyr's rights in the law and pointed to gaps in it including the retirement and the right of the martyr and we hope the Council of Ministers to change and fix the salary as the cost of living and the economic situation in the country, and that the main obstacle facing the Establishment is that many of mentalities located in the State are Baathist mentality and we hope that they change their behavior.
The parties agreed that there should be a common cooperation between them to obtain the rights of martyr's families and support them by all means.
