Meeting of Directors of departments and directorates of Martyrs Establishment in the Office of Establishment's President

The President of Martyrs' Establishment Mr. Khalaf Abdul Samad, has chaired a meeting with presence of members of the care council Mr. Ayoub Qasim, Nasser Shalan, the directors of the three departments, administrative, economic, legal, all managers and assistants of martyrs' directorates and some of officials of the units and divisions in the Office of the Establishment's President at the headquarters office in Baghdad on Sunday, 22/2/2009.

The meeting addressed the Platform of work, which was distributed to the, which includes the tasks of all departments, directorates, units, and sections of the Establishment, which was written and prepared by the President of the Establishment personally.
The President of the Establishment fastened at this meeting on the part of work of a director s and their assistants each directorate within the Platform of work and the tasks which must be implemented to serve martyrs families, especially the social, cultural and moral development.

Also has been listening to the achievements, constraints, problems, and future plans of the directorates, this was discussed with the Directorates and three departments of the Establishment.
The President of Establishment stressed on the need of coordination, cooperation and good relations with all ministries, and all departments within the geographical area of each Directorate in order to hasten the completion of the work associated with those departments such as the plots of land to martyrs families, students from martyrs families in the universities and colleges, the appointment of martyrs families in the departments and health care for them, on other side he reiterated to count the number of employees from martyrs' families in the various ministries and follow-up their problems and needs and to prepare a detailed study on that.
