Establishment of the martyrs set up the second martyrdom festival in Basra

With auspice of prime minister under address (Hand signature execution on Baath no way to shake hands with this hangmen) the establishment set up on 6 April / 2009 a second festival in Basra city on three days, attended this festival many personages in state and its establishments , organizations of civil society, political parties , religious parties , chiefs of the tribes ,a big group of martyrs families, and delegation from Kurdistan, also distributed in the management of festival members of care council and directors of establishment departments On 6 April 2009 the opening of the festival by speech of Mr. Ayoub Qassim welcomed for the presents, then some have been read some verses from Quran. then the president of the establishment addressed a speech thanked the presents, also he talked about injustice that Iraq people suffering during the bloody rule of Saddam, he explained the duties of the martyrs establishment and compensation of martyrs' families then what establishment done is a holly task to show the case of the martyrs and victims of injustice to inform a human establishment about what going on during the period of former regime, declare all the names of people who dead during also he talked about the obstacles that establishment facing it, he promised the presents to continue doing what requested to serve the martyrs families . the criminal court judge me Aref Alshahen had a speech expressed in this speech the insist of court to confirm the word of right and justice, then to reveal the truth, he add the court have so much prove and documents which complain the men of former regime.
The festival continued on three days, evening session and morning session, the president of the establishment opened an exhibition for the document and photos on the national park on the street of the beach.
The festival continued in its session on the hall of Etbaa bin Gazwan, they discussed many subjects and the programs which it concern the work of establishment and put bases which activate the work of establishment and realization more achievement, the festival was attended by Mr. Hussen Parka Al-shami the representative of the prime minister who participated actively in the festival.
In the end of the festival were issued announcement included many decision and recommends it can develop the work of the establishment.
