Under auspice of His Excellency the prime minister: the opening of new headquarters of martyrs' Establishment

صورةOn behalf of the prime minister, the consultant Hasan Shubar attends the celebration of opening in Al-Hakimia Building the headquarters of intelligence agency of Sadam which the martyrs and political prisoners got torture and execution decisions were issued in this place foe our innocent martyrs
The celebration began by the national chant, and then the speech of prime minister was read by his representative Mr. Hasan Shubar who explained about the building and what was happening here like torture for martyrs and prisoners and their suffering, so he invited to support the Establishment to compensate martyrs' families instead of their suffering as deprivation from basic rights like study, citizenship, work, and attending to the intelligence offices every day.
After that the president of Establishment Mr. Khalaf Abdul Samad addressed an speech explained the obstacles that facing Establishment especially there are many projects are depending on other ministries, beginning from retirement salary which was delayed more than one year and half, also the housing units which must be implemented by the ministry of residence and
constructions, which it is also delayed except for intervene of prime minister to allocate 30% from residential complexes for martyrs' families in Baghdad and governorates, so he invited in the end of his speech to issue the death penalty for the hangmen of Iraqi people like ( Ali Hasan Al-Majeed) and his assistant from former regime who are judged currently in Iraqi supreme criminal court, then poets chanted about martyrdom and its heroes, after that was the official opening of building as new headquarters, whereas the representative of prime minister cut the ribbon, and inspected the building, the opening was attended by officials of Baghdad governorate council, the judges from supreme criminal court, and officials from political prisoners.
