Member of Karkuk province council visit Karkuk martyrs directorate

Mr. Shaheen Ramzi Rafeeq the director of Karkuk martyrs directorate received Mrs. Tarkan Shukir Ayub member of Karkuk province council and chief of the public relations committee in the council. She congratulated Mr. Shaheen for his receipt the director of the directorate position, also she emphasized on her readiness to help the martyrs families for getting their rights on his part Mr. Shaheen thanked Mrs. Tarkan for her attention in the martyrs families .
